The Irish Embassy in Poland will remain in its current location in the Liberty Corner building in the centre of Warsaw for the next ten years. The diplomatic post has been based in the office building at ul. Mysia 5 since 2004.

The Irish Embassy has been located in the Liberty Corner building, owned by Manova Partners, since 2004. The 750 sqm space occupied by the diplomatic post will be refurbished in the near future.

Although many investors remain on the sidelines, the market is showing clear signs of stabilisation, heralding a rebound later in the year. Available office space is rapidly declining according to the latest figures from Cushman & Wakefield. The vacancy rate in Warsaw fell to just 9.7 pct, while in the central zone it reached 6.9 pct.
