Germany Timber Factory is set for construction

Timber Factory – the building complex by UBM Development and ARE Austrian Real Estate – will be Munich’s first commercial campus in a timber hybrid design, with approx. 59,500 sqm of GFA. Building is scheduled to begin in the Q3 of 2025.
Timber Factory is being built on Baubergerstraße in Moosach, the 10th district of Munich. The complex combines production and development space and also office and retail space for a variety of commercial and light industry solutions in the areas of life science, automobiles, robotics, electric mobility and IT. A total of 27,600 sqm of leasable office space is planned across the four Timber Factory buildings. More than 24,000 sqm is available in two buildings as retail and production space

The Retro Office House office building in Wrocław, owned by Globalworth, has received a Building Without Barriers certificate from the Integracja Foundation, attesting that the building complies with architectural accessibility standards and ensures the building meets the needs of the disabled, the elderly and those with children.
