The site for Panattoni Park Ostrava Airport is located 20 km from the centre of Ostrava, near the Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov. By the end of 2026, a total of around 120,000 sqm of new industrial space will be created at the location.

The development will be built in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.
