GTC has finalised the disposal of a plot in Warsaw’s Wilanów district for EUR 55 mln as well as the Matrix C office building in Zagreb for EUR 27 mln.
The Wilanów plot has been sold to a Polish residential developer for a sum representing a 20 pct premium on its latest book value. Meanwhile, GTC’s sale of Matrix C, part of the Matrix Office Park complex in Zagreb, generated EUR 13 mln in free cash flow. It offers 10,500 sqm gla of DGNB-certified space.
