Poland HD Cosmetics with a new headquarters in MLP Zgorzelec

MLP Group has secured a new long-term lease agreement within the expanding MLP Zgorzelec logistics complex. HD Cosmetics, a distributor of cosmetics and hygiene products, will occupy approx. 1,300 sqm of modern warehouse space. The full handover of the facility is scheduled for May this year, while an additional 100 sqm of office and staff amenities will be completed by the beginning of Q3.

The transaction was facilitated by the Towiano agency.
