Poland Chinese giant expands in Poland

Jingdong Logistics specialises in serving sectors such as FMCG, fresh produce, apparel, household goods, and children's products. The company operates over 1,600 warehouses in China and nearly 100 warehouses worldwide, totalling 32 mln sqm of logistics space. Jingdong Logistics was represented in the transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

We plan to open additional warehouses, reducing delivery times and enhancing operational efficiency. We are committred to strengthening our presence in Poland, which we view as a market with immense potential.

MLP Pruszków II is the largest logistics complex in the Warsaw region, with a target leasable space of 420,000 sqm. It's located in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków and in close proximity to the A2 motorway. Full facility availability is anticipated by July 2025.
