International law firm White & Case has been secured by ABG Real Estate Group and HanseMerkur Grundvermögen as a long-term anchor tenant for11,670 sqm of the office space in the Central Parx development in Frankfurt am Main.
The company has leased all the office space in the Studio and Pavillon buildings with additional options on all the remaining available space within the Tower building. The lease is for 15 years and includes 100 parking and 100 bicycle spaces. CBRE and Hauck Schuchardt acted as advisors during the transaction.
