The wordbox chain of clothing stores is part of MKRI from Malbork and a brand from the CCC group portfolio. Worldbox (formerly kaes) offers sports and casual wear. The range includes products from brands such as Adidas, Puma, Reebok, 4F, Kappa, Converse, Vans, Guess, Quiksilver, Hunter and Crocs. The company runs 150 multi-brand stores in Poland and plans to expand to 1,200 outlets by 2030.

The company's new office will be located on the 11th and 12th floors of Olivia Prime, an A-class office building that is part of the Olivia Centre complex. The building consists of two parts and offers nearly 55,000 sqm of office and commercial space on 15 floors. Each floor has loggias, terraces and external galleries. There are around 400 parking spaces in the underground car park and a bicycle infrastructure.

The office in Gdańsk, in the modern Olivia Business Centre office complex, is what we were looking for for the worldbox company. The company is developing and undergoing changes, for which we need a modern space and access to a specialist market. We are facing many challenges and a dynamic pace of work, which is why a comfortable and optimally located office is important to us. In the next stage, we plan to customise the space to make us feel at home.

The tenant was represented by the consulting company Itra Polska during the selection of the location in Gdańsk and the transaction process.

The Olivia Prime building meets the strictest BREEAM and Well Health-Safety certification criteria, which was crucial in choosing this location.
