Fabryka Mebli Akord will move its main warehouse to the MLP Teresin logistics centre. The new tenant will occupy 21,800 sqm of space.
MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Teresin logistics centre. Fabryka Mebli Akord has contracted a total of 21,800 sqm of warehouse space. Approx. 21,200 sqm will be used for storage purposes, while the remaining space will be used for staff facilities and offices. The tenant will be granted early access at the beginning of April, and the handover of the full space is planned for September.
