Sarantis Polska has been a client of MLP Group since 2001, expanding its leased space fivefold over the years. The company will relocate to a BTS facility that includes both warehouse and office space, with full operational use planned for July 2026. The warehouse will cover approx. 22,700 sqm, including a 5,200 sqm VNA zone designed for high storage density and optimized throughput. An additional 2,000 sqm will be allocated for packaging operations, while the office space will cover 1,400 sqm. At the same time, Sarantis will vacate two smaller facilities, which currently provide a total of 17,600 sqm.

The selection of the location and the development of solutions for Sarantis' new distribution center were managed by the consulting firm Graphene Partners.

MLP Pruszków II is located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów commune, 5 km from Pruszków. The complex has a target lease area of 420,000 sqm, with buildings certified under BREEAM standards. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being added to the rooftops.
