Work on the construction of the 11-storey building at ul. Swobodna in Wrocław has been completed. The office building, which is being developed by Echo Investment, will provide 16,000 sqm of space and will be ready after the summer holidays.
Less than a year and a half after the groundbreaking ceremony, the shell of the Swobodna Spot building in Wrocław is finished. The reinforced concrete structure has reached the top.
Construction is progressing according to schedule. Inside, insulation and installation work is currently at an advanced stage, and interior finishing will begin soon. The installation of the glass façade will be completed in May. I am convinced that the finished Swobodna Spot will meet the highest standard
