Mito Light, a company that specialises in LED light therapy and pharmaceuticals distributor Avenier have both signed leases for space in CTPark Plzeň Kasárny. Mito Light is to take up 556 sqm while Avenier has leased 588 sqm with the handover planned for the autumn of 2025.
CTPark Plzeň Kasárny is being constructed on the 6.5 ha site of the Zátiší Barracks and is to eventually comprise three buildings. The centre is to include CTBox units for warehousing, showrooms, light manufacturing, and research centres as well as CTWorkshop units – multi-storey buildings designed for startups, small businesses, and development centres that require flexible facilities for innovation and growth. CTPark Plzeň Kasárny has direct access to the D5 motorway.
