Warehouse developer CTP is adding 2,000 sqm to its Clubco coworking development in Brno.
The new stage will consist of private offices, event and meeting rooms, outdoor terraces, and a relaxation zone. A key feature of the expansion is the professional Clubco & Detail Podcast Studio designed by Brno-based Detail Studio, which is to be available not only to Clubco members but also to the public. Clubco is currently more than 90 pct occupied, and CTP plans to open another branch in Brno later this year.
