CA Immo has sold the Kavci Hory Office Park in Prague. The  42,300 sqm centre has been acquired by the Conseq Group.
The property is in Prague 4, in the Pankrác area. Kavci Hory Office Park has a 96 pct occupancy rate with a WAULT of almost four years. CA Immo was advised by CBRE and Dentons during the negotiations. The sale is in line with the company's long-term investment strategy of focusing on large, high-quality office buildings in central urban locations.
