Three tenants for Panattoni in seventh Mysłowice building

The facility, which is the seventh building in the park, is to offer industrial space to three tenants: Manuli Hydraulics (9,300 sqm), automotive component supplier Valeo (9,200 sqm) and an undisclosed logistics company (9,500 sqm). Jones Lang LaSalle helped mediate the deal with Valeo. The complex, which has been developed by and is managed by Panattoni, will eventually consist of eight buildings and will offer 200,000 sqm. It is located along the S1 expressway close to the A4 motorway in Mysłowice (Upper Silesia).
