POLAND Red Real Estate Development has begun redeveloping the Oławskie Suburbs in Wrocław.
A former paper factory on ul. Kościuszki is to be converted into a loft estate called Nowa Papiernia. The company is planning to renew the facades of the neighbouring tenement houses, convert two buildings of the paper factory built in 1889 work on the first stage is to be completed in Q1 2014. Eventually the company intends to extend the complex with another residential building. A total of 129 residential units and four service units are to be built on the four floors of the factory building.
