IPN moves into offices of Industrial Development Agency

POLAND The Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) is to move its headquarters from a building on ul. Twarda (which has been sold to Skanska) into an office in the Mars building on ul. Wołoska, which belongs to the National Development Agency (ARP).

Meanwhile the ARP is to move its headquarters to Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat on ul. Nowy Świat which is owned by the state. Previously ARP occupied 6,500 sqm on ul. Wołoska. IPN’s archives are to be transferred to a warehouse on ul. Kłobucka. In January 2013 IPN is to sign a lease agreement with ARP, which is to last until March 2013, when the Ordinary General Meeting is to take place, during which the right to the property is to be handed over to the state. By September 30th 2013 the state, in turn, is to hand over the management of the property to IPN.
