POLAND Polimex-Mostostal has found investors willing to purchase two of its subsidiaries.
Investors are interested in Fabryka Kotłów Sefako (a manufacturer of boilers) and Energomontaż-Północ Gdynia (which services the sea and power sectors as well as the petrochemical industry, and the ship repair industry. Robert Kosmal, who is responsible for the sale of the company’s assets, states that the due diligence process in these companies has just finished and that Polimex-Mostostal has obtained a number of binding offers to purchase the companies.
