The contract, which was signed at the end of 2009, is worth PLN 301.4 mln. In an announcement by the consortium, the reason for terminating it was: “The persistent refusal by the customer to carry out its side of the deal, without which the consortium was incapable of fulfilling its obligations under the contract. These mainly included the delivery of project documentation facilitating the proper and punctual implementation of the project and the payment of the agreed remuneration.”
