Skanska wins Ząbki contract

POLAND Ząbki town council has awarded a contract with a net value of PLN 30 mln to Skanska for the construction of a 200m road and a pedestrian tunnel under a railway line.

Panattoni has fully commercialised City Logistics Kraków Airport II, its latest project in Małopolska. The second tenant for the development will occupy 20,050 sqm.

Strabag Real Estate will develop Plaza Nova, a mixed-use complex in Kraków. The facility will be built on the site of the former Plaza shopping mall, which was demolished last year.

According to Savills Rental Housing report, the share of residential transactions within total investment volumes in Prague has been increasing since 2023. Rental housing is expected to exceed last year's volume, making 2024 one of the most successful years for this sector.

Industrial Park Poland by Hillwood has gained access to the A2 motorway. Hillwood Poland has obtained an occupancy permit for the extended and upgraded access roads that connect the emerging industrial and logistics park to the motorway.

CL Property, a Polish developer specialising in multi-functional industrial and logistics space, has announced a transaction with DSV for the Citylink Łódź project. A new DSV logistics centre will be built on the 5.7-ha property located on ul. Zakładowa.
