According to IRF (which has been set up by CBRE, DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle), app. 38,700 sqm was added to the supply of modern class ‘A’ industrial space in Q3, bringing the total stock up to 4.056 mln with more than 174,000 sqm under construction.
