POLAND UWI Inwestycje is soon to start the construction of the Piątkowo-Śmiałego residential estate in Poznań.

The project will consist of two 4- and 6-storey buildings with a shared underground car park. Apartments are planned with areas ranging from 26 sqm to 130 sqm; prices will start at PLN 5,820 per sqm. The estate, which is to include 160 apartments, should be finished at the end of 2014. The design of the project has been prepared by Poznań architect Marian Fikus.
