POLAND The RTV Euro AGD chain has enlarged the size of its lease by an additional 950 sqm in the Ogrody shopping centre, which is currently being extended.
The investor behind Ogrody is CBRE Global Investors. Acteeum Central Europe is responsible for the extension, which should be completed by 2014. The commercialisation is also being supported by CBRE. The ESA architectural studio is responsible for the architectural design, while the centre is to increase its area from 17,500 sqm to app. 40,000 sqm.
