Polimex-Mostostal concludes creditors agreement

Construction
POLAND Polimex-Mostostal has signed a preliminary agreement laying out the conditions for refinancing the company with its creditors, who signed a moratorium for debt repayments in July.

The conditions include an increase in the share capital of the company, its operational restructuring and a renegotiation of the conditions for loans, guarantees and other liabilities.
