CZECH REPUBLIC The Industrial Research Forum has released its market figures for Q4 2012. According to its data, the total stock of modern class ‘A’ warehouse and industrial space in the Czech Republic currently stands at 4.113 mln sqm.
Approximately 40,300 sqm was completed over the period, with more than 195,000 sqm of warehouse space still under construction. Gross take-up including renegotiations In Q4 2012 reached 290,400 sqm, representing an increase of 25 pct q-o-q and 42 pct y-o-y. Net take-up, excluding renegotiations, increased by 2.7 pct q-o-q and 2.5 pct y-o-y, totalling 170,900 sqm. Vacancy stood at 283,250 sqm at the end of the quarter, or 6.9 pct of the total modern stock (a q-o-q decrease of 100 bps). Prime head
