YK Sodruzhestvo to manage Triumph Park
RUSSIA YK Sodruzhestvo has been chosen as the property manager of the Triumph Park residential estate in St Petersburg. The company will manage around 50,000 sqm of residential and commercial space in the first phase of the project.
Delhaize begins construction in Stara Pazova
SERBIA International retail chain Delhaize has laid the foundation stone for its new distribution centre in Stara Pazova in northern Serbia. Investment costs are estimated at app. EUR 50 mln.
Ülemiste Centre to expand
ESTONIA The Ülemiste Centre mall in Tallinn is to be extended by 25,000 sqm of retail space in an investment of EUR 40 mln. Once completed the mall will offer a leasable area of 38,000 sqm.
