POLAND Knight Frank has been appointed to manage the Nautilus office building in Kraków. Nautilus will open in November this year.

The main tenant Diagnostyka will occupy 3,600 sqm of the 6,000 sqm of class ‘A’ space available in the building, which is located in the Krakow Technology Park in the Kraków-Czyżyny Special Economic Zone. Nautilus is owned by Kraków-based company ABP Investment. Knight Frank, which helped in the commercialisation of the building, now has a management portfolio of six buildings in Kraków. In total, the company holds 80 buildings in its portfolio with a total of 1.2 mln sqm of modern commercial space.

Investment group NASA Capital has completed its first real estate acquisition in Poland, purchasing the Jerozolimskie Business Park office complex in Warsaw for approximately EUR 30 mln. The acquisition was made through a FIZAN investment fund managed by IPOPEMA TFI.
