Erbud slows down
POLAND Erbud closed the first quarter with revenue of PLN 206.4 mln, 12 pct less than in the same period of 2012. The company’s EBIT came to PLN 2.3 mln, down by 69 pct, while its EBIT margin also decreased from 3.2 pct in Q1 2012 to 1.12 pct.
Zero profit for Empik Media & Fashion
POLAND In the first quarter Empik Media & Fashion (EM&F) group’s revenue increased by 8 pct y-o-y to PLN 734 mln.

Work begins on EUR 200 mln Gabrovo bypass
BULGARIA Construction work on the Gabrovo bypass, an investment of around EUR 200 mln, has now started. A consortium made up of PSVT, Hidrostroy JV, Patni Stroezhi-Veliko Tarnovo and Patinzheneringstroy-Т is acting as the general contractor of the first stage with the contract, which is worth BGN 92.94 mln (over EUR 47 mln) including VAT.
