Best European property returns in Poland
WORLD Globally, total returns on property shares and other assets came to 29.8 pct in local currencies and 26.6 pct when measured in euros, according to figures from the Global Property Research In Europe the same figure came to 29.5 pct measured in euros.
ECM assets sold
CZECH REPUBLIC ECM has sold its shares in Epoque-Lancaster and Epoque Hotel, two SPV companies that were established to develop skyscrapers in Pankrác plateau. Raiffeisenbank, which was financing the project, has been repaid.
Astrium hotel to open by year end
RUSSIA A five-star luxury hotel is to open in Shelkovo near Moscow at the end of 2013. The Astrium is owned by Shelkowskij Holding, while Vienna International Hotelmanagement is to manage the facility.
Parking systems in Gemini Parks
POLAND Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała and Gemini Park Tarnów – two shopping centres owned by Gemini Holdings, have installed electronic parking systems.
CH Rywal to be extended by 12,000 sqm
POLAND BPF Inwestor, which has announced the construction of two shopping centres in Cieszyn and Kwidzyń, is also to extend its mall in Biała Podlaska – Centrum Handlowe Rywal.

On January 10th liquidators RVA Insolvency Specialists is to auction off a shopping centre that is under construction as well as a supermarket. Both properties are in Focşani and owned by bankrupt investor Omnium Invest.

Redan pays off its debts
POLAND In accordance with the debt restructuring agreement agreed with its creditors, Redan has issued 57,422 three-month D-series bonds with a value of just over PLN 5.74 mln to bondholders in exchange for their A-series bonds worth over PLN 5.5 mln.
Outer space contract for Skanska
POLAND The Institute of Aviation has commissioned Skanska to construct the Centre of Innovative Aviation and Outer Space Technologies (Centrum Innowacyjnych Technologii Lotniczych i Kosmicznych) in a contract worth PLN 35 mln net.
PBF Inwestor wants more
POLAND Biuro Prawno-Finansowe Inwestor, the owner of four shopping centres (Galeria Kociewska in Tczew, Galeria Kamienna in Starachowice, Centrum Handlowe Rywal in Biała Podlaska and Centrum Handlowe in Skarżysko Kamienna), is planning to build two more shopping centres.
