VGP goes for growth
CZECH REPUBLIC In the third quarter, Czech warehouse developer VGP signed new annualised committed leases worth more than EUR 1.5 mln, of which EUR 1.2 mln related to new leasable space and EUR 0.3 mln to renewals of existing leases.

Cinema City releases Q3 results

POLAND Rank Progress has recorded a net profit of over PLN 36 mln for Q3 2012. At the end of the period the company’s total debt was down by 2 pct y-o-y and came to 47.7 pct, while the company’s short-term liabilities dropped by 66 pct from PLN 111.8 mln to PLN 38 mln.
