CAT and Valeo lease 11,000 sqm from Segro
POLAND Automotive component producer Valeo Service Eastern Europe and logistics operator CAT LC Polska have both signed a long-term lease for almost 11,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Tulipan Park Stryków.
Silesian properties of PKP up for grabs
POLAND The Polish State Railways (PKP) has sold a property on ul. Braniborska in Wrocław for PLN 12.6 mln. The buyer of the two plots with an area of 1.21 ha is a private company. The transaction was finalised in January.
