A consortium made up of PSVT, Hidrostroy JV, Patni Stroezhi-Veliko Tarnovo and Patinzheneringstroy-Т is acting as the general contractor of the first stage with the contract, which is worth BGN 92.94 mln (over EUR 47 mln) including VAT.
