Industrial space tops 4.1 mln sqm
CZECH REPUBLIC The Industrial Research Forum has released its market figures for Q4 2012. According to its data, the total stock of modern class ‘A’ warehouse and industrial space in the Czech Republic currently stands at 4.113 mln sqm.

Cosmopolitan topped out
POLAND The topping out ceremony has taken place for the Cosmopolitan 2/4 Twarda building in central Warsaw. The shell-stage of the 160m, 44-storey residential tower has been completed 20 months after the start of construction work by general contractor Hochtief.
