POLAND Supermarket chain Stokrotka has signed a 27,000 sqm lease in Prologis Park Teresin.The company, which is to occupy all of building ‘2’, is to convert 5,000 sqm into a cold storage area.
Bank pays Polnord for claims against Warsaw
POLAND Polnord has received PLN 10 mln from Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości. It is the second tranche of a payment totalling PLN 25 mln for its claims against the city of Warsaw that it sold to the bank.
Work to start on Warsaw’s river banks
POLAND The city of Warsaw has signed a contract for the construction of a beach pavilion on the right bank of the Vistula River. Konsolid won the tender with an offer to carrying out the work within 250 days at a cost of PLN 4.24 mln.
Batory mall still changing
