AmRest expands in CEE
EUROPE AmRest Group, which owns brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks and LaTagliatella, recorded a net profit of PLN 24.3 mln attributable to the shareholders of the parent company in Q3 2012, representing an improvement of app. PLN 1.8 mln compared to the same period of the previous year.
Hilton Podgorica to open in 2014

Second Mercure in Warsaw
POLAND Holiday Inn Warszawa on ul. Złota is to change its name to Mercure Warszawa Centrum and so the Orbis hotel chain (which owns the brand) is to gain its second Mercure hotel in Warsaw (after the Mercure Warszawa Grand) and its fourteenth Mercure in Poland.
Best Western strengthens its position in Poland
POLAND The three-star Łysogóry Hotel in Kielce has joined the Best Western chain. Best Western now has 16 hotels in Poland and is the second largest international chain in the country after the Orbis/Accor group.
