LightOn – the latest office project being developed by CPI Property Group at ul. Prosta 69 in central Warsaw – has been awarded BREEAM design stage certification with a rating of ‘Outstanding’.
The building has been awarded a score of 94.5 pct, 9.5 percentage points higher than that required for the rating.
This represents a huge success for our design team and proves that LightOn will not just be a modern and sustainable office building, but one that meets the highest international standards in terms of sustainability, comfort and innovation.Michał Litewnicki, the sustainability & innovations manager at CPIPG in Poland.
