Mostostal-Zabrze to modernise laboratories
POLAND Gliwickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego, a subsidiary of Mostostal-Zabrze, has signed a PLN 4.8 mln contract with the Institute of Medical Technology and Equipment to modernise the Silesian Biomedical Engineering Research Laboratories of the ITAM Research Centre in Zabrze.
Rossmann sees PLN 5 bln turnover
POLAND Drug store chain Rossmann recorded a total turnover of more than PLN 5 bln for 2012 in Poland, representing a rise of 17 pct.
Galeria Wisła tenants stay put

POLAND Architectural studio SUD Architectes has leased 410 sqm, while Apax Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund are to share 220 sqm, in the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building in central Warsaw. Both leases are for a period of five years.
Robyg sells bonds to buy bonds
POLAND The Robyg group has completed a bond issue worth PLN 50 mln. The company issued 100,000 series ‘H’ unsecured bonds as well as 400,000 series ‘G’ secured bonds.
JLL predicts more retail this year
POLAND In 2012, the Polish shopping centre market expanded by 374,000 sqm to reach over 7.94 mln sqm at the end of the year, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. This represents the lowest increase in retail stock since 2004.
