Delhaize begins construction in Stara Pazova
SERBIA International retail chain Delhaize has laid the foundation stone for its new distribution centre in Stara Pazova in northern Serbia. Investment costs are estimated at app. EUR 50 mln.
Ülemiste Centre to expand
ESTONIA The Ülemiste Centre mall in Tallinn is to be extended by 25,000 sqm of retail space in an investment of EUR 40 mln. Once completed the mall will offer a leasable area of 38,000 sqm.
Raiffeisen occupies SkyTower
ROMANIA Raiffeisen Bank has moved its head office to Sky Tower in Bucharest. The bank now occupies 7,000 sqm of the 16,000 sqm building

POLAND The Metropolitan office building in Warsaw has received a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level. Cushman & Wakefield supported the owner, Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, in the certification process.

Baltic Park Molo ready to begin
POLAND Construction work is set to begin on Baltic Park Molo in Świnoujście. The project, which is being developed by Zdrojowa Invest, will include two hotels and two luxury apartment buildings, as well as a 150m promenade with a pier.
