POLAND Architectural studio SUD Architectes has leased 410 sqm, while Apax Consulting Group and Polish Investment Fund are to share 220 sqm, in the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich building in central Warsaw. Both leases are for a period of five years.
Robyg sells bonds to buy bonds
POLAND The Robyg group has completed a bond issue worth PLN 50 mln. The company issued 100,000 series ‘H’ unsecured bonds as well as 400,000 series ‘G’ secured bonds.
JLL predicts more retail this year
POLAND In 2012, the Polish shopping centre market expanded by 374,000 sqm to reach over 7.94 mln sqm at the end of the year, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. This represents the lowest increase in retail stock since 2004.
Platan receives BREEAM In-Use
POLAND The Platan shopping centre in Zabrze has been obtained a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the ‘Excellent’ level in the building management category and at the ‘Very Good’ level for asset rating (the ecological characteristics of the building).
