Bond issue for Globalworth with planned Polish market entry
CEE REGION Globalworth Real Estate Investment has successfully priced EUR 550 mln Eurobond issue, which is to mature on 20th June 2022 and carries a fixed interest rate of 2.875 pct payable annually beginning on 20th June 2018.
AEW to spend pensioners’ money
EUROPE AEW is to set up a pan-European portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets for a German pension fund, which has made an initial commitment of EUR 100 mln.
First closing of Internos Hotel Fund II
EUROPE Fund manager Internos Global Investors has announced the first closing of its second hotel real estate fund with EUR 133 mln in equity from seven German institutional investors. All but one of these seven investors had already invested in Internos’ first hotel real estate fund which has recently reached EUR 500 mln of assets under management.
