POLAND HB Reavis Group has raised PLN 220 mln (EUR 51.9 mln) from the issue of a new tranche of its PLN 500 mln (EUR 116 mln) Polish bond programme.

ROMANIA Futureal subsidiary Cordia has re-entered Bucharest with a 400 apartment project to be built on 13 plots with an area of 15,336 sqm.
Nordecon to work on Tallinn ring road
ESTONIA Nordecon has been appointed to rebuild a 2.2 km section of the Tallinn ring road between kilometres 0.6 and 2.8. Under the contract a dual carriageway is to be built as well as the Veneküla tunnel and a railway flyover.
Karolinka and Solaris: new brands, bigger stores
POLAND The retail centres Solaris Center and Karolinka in Opole have signed lease extension with a number of tenants. Rockcastle Poland, which owns both centres, has also signed a number of new leases New tenants in Karolinka include New Balance, Express Klucze and Moje Pieczywo with a Maxi Zoo to be opened in August.
