Forever 21 in Serenada
POLAND Forever 21 has become the latest tenant of the Serenada shopping centre in Kraków in what will be the first opening of the brand in the city. New Look and Van Graaf will also be opening outlets in the mall.

Exhibition complex under construction
POLAND Construction work has started on the site of the former Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych [Passenger Car Factory] in Warsaw. A multifunctional complex with a useable area of 60,000 sqm is to be built, which will include a fair and conference centre, a fixed exhibition area with a range of construction and interior design goods and services as well as a business class hotel, office space and more than 1,400 parking spaces.

POLAND At the fourth ReDI fair in Warsaw on June 7th, Carrefour Polska, the owner of Metropolitan Outlet in Bydgoszcz, signed a lease with clothes retailer Outlet Concept Group, which will be opening a 574 sqm Onyxx store in the centre.
