POLAND Central Fund of Immovables, which is part of the CFI Holding capital group, has signed an agreement with Viart to jointly develop the Apartamenty Mackiewicza building in Łódź. CFI is to invest PLN 10.5 mln in the project, which will comprise 80 apartments.
