TriCity: more shopping centres to be opened
POLAND The TriCity has 27 shopping centres with a combined area of 724,000 sqm. In H1 2018 this will increase by 62,000 sqm with the Forum Gdańsk shopping centre which belongs to Multi Poland, according to Colliers International.

ROMANIA/CZECH REPUBLIC CTP is investing over EUR 13 mln in the extension of CTPark Timișoara with 32,000 sqm, due to the increasing demand in the area. The construction work should be completed in December 2017.
