Cushman stays in CPI centres
CEE REGION CPI Property Group has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the property manager of two shopping centres and one mixed-use complex in Central and Eastern Europe, acquired in March from CBRE Global Investors.
Fewer new malls on the cards
WORLD A total of 33.5 mln sqm of shopping centre space is currently under construction across the world’s major cities, according to a new research report by CBRE. The figures suggest a slowdown in the pipeline from 41.9 mln sqm at the same time last year.
