CBRE to lease Garbary 67

Property and Facility Management
POLAND CBRE has been appointed as the agent for the Garbary 67 office building in Poznań.
“Through a well-thought out and careful reconstruction, the building will regain its former splendour, while adding some new amenities, such as air-conditioning and modern lifts allowing a comfortable and inspiring work space to be created. Despite its historic nature, the building allows for the free and flexible creation of interiors, which can be laid out both as an open plan or as a more traditional office set up. All the fit-outs can be made to suit the needs and wishes of the tenants,” says Hubert Filipczak, a senior negotiator in the office agency of CBRE. The building has a leasable area of 1,600 sqm on four storeys.
