Savills will become the manager of the Lakeside office building. The complex is currently the largest development being built outside the central part of the capital. Atenor is responsible for its development.
Lakeside is an office building of app. 24,000 sqm being developed at the junction of ul. Puławska and ul. Rzymowskiego in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Future tenants of the office building will be able to take advantage of numerous amenities, such as a canteen and a café, as well as extensive bicycle infrastructure and charging stations for electric cars.
The investment has been pre-certified by BREEAM at the Outstanding level and WELL at the Gold level.
