DTZ Echinox becomes Cushman & Wakefield Echinox
ROMANIA Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive arrangement with DTZ Echinox for the latter to be its affiliate in Romania. The formal affiliate appointment follows the 2015 global merger of Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. DTZ Echinox had been DTZ’s partner in the country since 2002.

Katowice SEZ driven by cars
POLAND is to gain nearly Almost 300 new jobs are to be created in the Katowice Special Economic Zone as a result of PLN 170 mln of investment in three projects that were given the go-ahead last March. Seven projects were started in Q1, thanks to which the special zone has accomplished almost a third of its annual target.
