POLAND Invesco Real Estate has appointed Colliers International as the exclusive agent to commercialise the retail and office space in the Plac Unii City Shopping mall in Warsaw.
Completed in autumn 2013, Plac Unii comprises 41,300 sqm of office space and 15,500 sqm of retail and was developed in a joint venture of Liebrecht & Wood and BBI Development.
