Tattersall Lorenz will take over both the technical and commercial property management for a GLP Germany portfolio of 46 properties commencing April 1, 2023.
GLP Germany's portfolio comprises properties with a total area of approximately 1.3 mln sqm. At the end of 2022, the company was developing further projects of around 600,000 sqm.
The commissioning by an investor, developer, asset, and fund manager, who has been operating successfully in the market for 30 years, is a clear sign of confidence in our competence and performance.
