Poland Strong Q1 performance for warehouse market
The first quarter of 2026 brought an unexpected rebound to the industrial and logistics space market with increased tenant activity, a many new lease agreements, according to the latest BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland report, titled, 'Review. Industrial and Logistics Space Market in Poland – Q1 2026.'

Douglas continues to expand its sales network in Poland with the opening of its first perfumery in the Stara Papiernia shopping centre in Konstancin-Jeziorna. The new location follows the company's strategy of opening not only in large cities but also in towns.

The Masovian Region has issued a decision establishing the location for a railway junction on the eastern side of the new airport. The document, which comes into immediate effect, clears the way for the Central Communication Port (CPK) to apply for construction permits.

Romania 10,000 sqm for Rohde & Schwarz Topex
Rohde & Schwarz Topex has renewed and expanded its lease in myhive IRIDE in Bucharest, owned by CPI Romania, where the tenant's centre of competence for Voice Communication Systems is based.Under the agreement brokered by real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the international associate of Savills in Romania, the tenant has renewed its 8,000 sqm in the building and leased a further 2,000 sqm.

Romania CTP expands for FM Logistic
CTPark Bucharest in Dragomirești Vale is to be expanded by an additional 10,300 sqm for FM Logistic, which currently occupies 23,800 sqm in the park. Upon completion of the work in Q3 2026, FM Logistic will operate from around 116,000 sqm across all of CTP’s industrial parks in Romania.
