100,000 sqm mall opens in Lviv
UKRAINE The Victoria Gardens shopping centre has opened in Lviv’s Frankivskyi District. The centre, developed by Kyiv-based Phoenix Capital Group, comprises 102,000 sqm of gross building (54,500 sqm of retail space) and is the largest shopping centre in western Ukraine.

Foundation stone for Libero
POLAND Construction work has officially begun on the Libero shopping centre with the laying of a foundation stone and plaque. The event was attended by representatives of the city of Katowice and the management of Echo Investment.

Skanska plans Jaśminowy Mokotów
POLAND Skanska Residential Development Poland is starting the construction of and the apartment sales in its Jaśminowy Mokotów estate in Warsaw. The estate is to be built on ul. Jaśminowa in Dolny Mokotów.
Murapol plans large Łódź estate
POLAND Murapol has signed a conditional agreement with Regex Polska and Property Development Polska to purchase an 11.7 ha plot in Łódź where the Bielsko-Biała based company is planning to build an estate with more than 2,000 apartments.

Warsaw to build Southern Hospital
POLAND The city of Warsaw has signed a contract with a consortium of Erbud, Strabag and Züblin to build a 309-bed hospital at the junction of ul. Pileckeigo and ul. Indiry Gandi in the city’s Ursynów district.

POLAND Lidl has opened its 600th store in Poland with the opening having taken place in Poznań on October 20th.

LATVIA Arco Vara has sold a 70 pct stake in its subsidiary Arco Real Estate in a management buyout to chairman of the board Aigars Smits for an undisclosed price.
Colliers’ revenue up by 10 pct
WORLD Colliers International reported USD 462.1 mln revenue for the third quarter of this year – a 10 pct increase on the same quarter of the previous year.

LITHUANIA Eften Real Estate Fund III has purchased the L3 office building in Vilnius from E.L.L. Real Estate subsidiary UAB Centresta for an undisclosed price.
Huge Auchan distribution centre in Domedodovo
RUSSIA Developer Radius Group is to build a 138,000 sqm distribution centre for Auchan Retail Russia in the South Gate Industrial Park in Domodedovo, a town just outside Moscow. According to the developer it is going to the biggest single-user building in Europe.
Moscow take-up on the rise
RUSSIA The take-up on the Moscow market in the first three months of the year came to 857,300 sqm, 7.3 pct more than in the same period of 2015, according to figures from JLL.
