LATVIA The River Breeze Residence in Riga’s Klīversala district will be completed by the end of 2017.
LNK Industries is to build an apartment building on the banks of the Daugava river in a contract worth EUR 12.6 mln excluding VAT.
River Breeze Residence at Kuģu iela 28 will be the first building to be built as part of a project by Pro Kapital Latvia subsidiary Klīversala to develop the Klīversalas area. The total area of the building will be 12,850 sqm with seven floors and two underground car parks. Currently 48 apartments are planned with areas ranging from 56 sqm to 316 sqm.
