Warsaw office completions break record
POLAND Sixteen office buildings with the total of over 350,000 sqm of office space were completed in Warsaw in the first half of the year, according to the Polish Office Research Forum (PORF).

BBI sells 72 apartments in Złota 44
POLAND BBI Development has revealed that on July 5th the Złota 44 company concluded a preliminary contract for the sale of 72 luxury apartments in the project at ul. Złota 44 in Warsaw with a subsidiary of German real estate fund Catella Wohnen Europa.
Semeko obtains development loan
POLAND Semeko Grupa Inwestycyjna has obtained a loan of PLN 18 mln from Alior Bank.

Italian packaging from Stryków
POLAND Cartotecnica Goldprint, an Italian manufacturer of luxury packaging for cosmetics and perfumes, is entering the Polish market and starting its operations in the country from Segro Logistics Park Stryków.

Small office project at Metro Wilanowska
POLAND Budner has been commissioned by Reform Company 3, part of the group that owns the Blue City shopping and office centre, to build an office and services project in near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Archicom sells 57 pct more
POLAND Wrocław-based residential developer Archicom enjoyed a 57 pct y-o-y growth in sales in H1 2016, selling 438 apartments.

Ups and downs for Czech volumes
CZECH REPUBLIC IN Q2 2016, the total real estate investment volume in the Czech Republic came to EUR 490 mln, bringing the H1 total up to EUR 950 mln – but 26 pct down on the same period last year, according to JLL.
Romanian investment up by 80 pct
ROMANIA Real estate investment volumes in Romania increased by 80 pct in H1 2016 with a total transacted of EUR 340 mln, according to JLL.
Lower sales for Ronson
POLAND Ronson Development sold a net amount of 156 apartments in Q2 this year and 362 apartments over the first six months – fewer than in both periods last year.
Atal heads for record and enters more cities
POLAND Atal concluded 1,183 contracts for the sale of apartments in the first six months of 2016 – 377 more than in the same period of 2015.
