Aviva offloading warehouse building in Łódź

POLAND Aviva Investors has sold the B1 building and a 3.5 ha plot of land at the Łódź Business Park to Panattoni Europe, with Savills having brokered the transaction on behalf of the vendor. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Auchan Hetmańska to expand

POLAND The expansion of the Auchan shopping centre in Białystok is about to start. Thanks to the new extension the shopping centre is to gain an extra 5,800 sqm retail area. The general contractor of the project on ul. Hetmańska is Instal Białystok. The opening of the new extension is planned for H1 2017.

A4 is now complete

POLAND The final stretch of the A4 motorway from Rzeszów to Jarosław, which was constructed by a consortium of Budimex and Strabag, is now complete. The official opening of the Rzeszów East – Jarosław section of the A4 motorway took place on July 20th. The A4 motorway is part of the route stretching from Western Europe to Ukraine.
