O2 re-signs 29,000 sqm lease
CZECH REPUBLIC Telecom services provider Telefónica O2, the main tenant of the Gamma building of the BB Centrum office park in Prague 4, has renewed its lease of 29,000 sqm of office space and more than 500 parking places.

Warsaw office vacancy hits bottom
POLAND The vacancy rate in Warsaw office market has dropped to 8.7 pct, the market's lowest since 2012 according to figures from JLL. The vacancy rate in the city’s centre now stands at 5.4 pct, which means that the availability of space in existing developments is extremely limited.

4,000 sqm leased in Nowy Targ
POLAND Software developer SpyroSoft has leased 4,000 sqm of space in the Nowy Targ office building, which is currently being constructed by Skanska in Wrocław’s Old Town.
Tele2 takes up 20,000 sqm in Comcity
RUSSIA Telecommunications operator Tele2 has expanded its lease by 5,150 sqm and will now occupy around 20,000 sqm in the Comcity office park in Moscow’s New Moscow district.
