New lease agreements have been announced by Vastint Poland for the Business Garden Poznań complex. Miele, NTT Data and PKO BP have all decided to extend their current leases for space in the centre.

First CLT building constructed in Poland
The first office building in Poland constructed using cross-laminated timber (CLT) has been completed. The building is the new Polish head office of Sylva, part of the French Piveteaubois group and is located in Wiele in Pomerania.
